Lead with what the family actually wants, which is independence, and build the identity around calm rather than clinical. Real rooms and real light instead of stock care imagery, and language a family reads rather than an auditor.
What Shipped
A full cream and forest green identity system and a site drawn from scratch, with the services, the counties served and the referral path structured underneath it. Nothing borrowed from a theme.
