This describes what this website actually does. It is short because the site does very little.
Who we are
Purelogix Tech, a design and engineering studio in Franklinton, North Carolina. If you want to reach a person about anything on this page, write to info@purelogix.tech.
What we collect
Only what you type into the application form. That is your name, your company, your email address, optionally your current website and how you found us, plus your project scope, timeline and the description you write.
Nothing else on this site collects anything about you. There is no account, no login, and no newsletter.
What we do not do
- No cookies. This site sets none, so there is no consent banner to click.
- No analytics or tracking. We do not measure visits, and there are no advertising or social media trackers anywhere on the page.
- No profiling and no automated decisions about you.
- We never sell, rent or share your information for marketing, by anyone, at any price.
The draft your browser keeps
The application asks a long question, so as you type, the form saves a copy on your own device using your browser's local storage. It means a closed tab does not lose your work.
That draft never leaves your computer and we cannot see it. It is deleted the moment you submit. To remove it yourself, clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Who else sees anything
Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site are served by Google. To deliver them, your browser contacts Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and general request information. We receive nothing from this and set nothing ourselves. If you would rather avoid it, a content blocker will stop the request and the site will fall back to your system fonts.
Our hosting and email providers. The site is hosted by Spaceship and our email runs on Spacemail. Like any host, they process requests and messages on our behalf in order to deliver them.
The form service. When you submit an application, a form delivery service passes it to our inbox. It handles the message in transit and does not use it for anything else.
Where your application goes, and for how long
Straight to an inbox that a partner reads. We keep applications for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we recognise you if you come back. After that we delete them.
We reply to the applications we can serve properly. Applying does not add you to a mailing list, because we do not have one.
Your rights
Whatever your jurisdiction, and regardless of whether the law where you live compels us: write to info@purelogix.tech and you can ask us to
- send you a copy of everything we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete it entirely,
- or tell you who we shared it with, which will be the providers named above and nobody else.
We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. There is no charge, and we will not ask why.
A note on honesty
If we ever add analytics, a mailing list, or anything else that collects information about you, this page changes on the same day, and the date at the top changes with it. A privacy policy that does not match the site is worse than none at all.
Children
This site is for people commissioning professional work. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. We do not make material changes quietly.
