From the waiting room to your front door.
A telehealth and house-call platform that brings clinicians to the patient, with a companion Android application.
The Android application is live on Google Play, and the platform is live at diasynchealth.com.
The problem
Seeing a doctor costs a waiting room, a drive and usually a day of work. For a lot of people the bottleneck is not medicine, it is access. The care exists; getting to it is the hard part.
The decision
Move the doctor rather than the patient, and make arranging one feel as ordinary as arranging anything else. That set the constraint for the whole build: it had to work on a phone, quickly, for somebody who already feels unwell and has no patience for an interface.
What shipped
A platform covering booking, pricing, second opinions and clinician verification, with a native Android application on Google Play. The web experience and the app share one interface system, so the product behaves the same wherever a patient meets it.
